2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 corresponding to Cyber Crime Case No. 38 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 66B, 66C, 66D and 84C of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar.
3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier permitted to be withdrawn vide B.A. No. 2180 of 2025 by order dated 06.08.2025
4. On 10.01.2025, Cyber Police, Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled a tank in village Manjhladih, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner and co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2025.
6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 corresponding to Cyber Crime Case No. 38 of 2025.
