Dutta, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks for striking out of the name of the respondent No.3, Sri Bhabesh Deka, Director of Pension and in his place to implead Shri Bikash Das as respondent No.3. He submits that Sri Bhabesh Deka was the earlier Director and that the current Director is Shri Bikash Das who requires to be impleaded for effective compliance of the Court’s direction.
