1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire record pertaining to the petitioner's case, in the interest of justice. SMT NIRMALA RAO
-2- (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to the respondent to grant pension and other post retiral benefit to the petitioner and also pass the order continue pension to the petitioner. (iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”
2. The petitioner was working as Watchman under the respondents and he was getting salary of Rs.400/- per month. He was appointed vide order dated 9.7.1983 and retired from service on
31.12.2016. The petitioner has further stated that the respondents have not made payment of his retiral dues.
3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition, the petition is disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a representation before the respondents, claiming therein the retiral dues. If such a representation is made within a period of 30 days, the respondents are directed to decide it in an objective manner, strictly in accordance with law, within a further period of 60 days.
