Case No. 78 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1073 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- VIII, Daltonganj. 3. Petitioner is said to have stoned the husband of the Informant namely Chhunuram Chandravanshi, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
