Barbhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioners and also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P for the State. 2. It is submitted by Mr. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P that charge-sheet has been submitted vide C.S. No. 115/2025 dated 31.10.2025 i.e. on the 73rd day of detention. 3. The statutory period of detention is 60 days. 4. Hence, the petitioner is entitled to default bail. 5. Accordingly, the accused petitioners, namely, 1. Sri Desing Das, 2. Sri Chandu Das, 3. Sri Rabi Das, shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with one surety each of like amount to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jorhat, in connection with Teok P.S. Case No. 95/2025 subject to the following condition- 6. The direction for bail is further subject to the conditions: (a) That the accused persons shall be available for remaining trial; (b) That the accused persons shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 7.
