Mr. Raman Jamalta, Advocate, for the non- applicant/respondents. By way of the present application the applicant/appellant has prayed for release of compensation amount. It is averred by the applicant/appellant in the application that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the respondents as per the terms of settlement have deposited a sum of ₹1,06,000/- in the Registry of this Court. Learned counsel representing the respondent corporation has no objection in case amount deposited by it is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/appellant. In view of the fair stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondent corporation, as well as the factum that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, let the amount deposited by the respondent corporation be released in favour of the applicant/appellant, along with interest accrued, if any, and the same may be remitted into her Bank account, detail whereof is given in Annexure A-1, appended with the application. It is made clear that before remitting the amount in the account of applicant, the account number supplied by the applicant/appellant may be verified.
