Learned counsel for appellants submits that during pendency of this appeal, parties have entered into settlement outside the Court and settlement entered into between the parties has also been recorded on 30.12.2024, which is enclosed along with this application and therefore, appellants be permitted to withdraw this appeal.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 do not dispute the submission of
learned counsel for appellants.
4. Perused the application for withdrawal of first appeal, which is supported by an affidavit of appellant and settlement deed is also enclosed along with the application.
