Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. The learned I Additional District Judge-Gum-Special JudgeforTrial of c)ffences under lthe NDPS Act', Visakhapatnam, on 04.09.2024 in crl.M.P.No.1878 of 2024 in Cr'lme No.249 of 2024 of Government Railway Police Station, Visakhapatnam, while enlarging the petitioner on bail, imposed condition of execution of personal bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court of VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Railways), Visakhapatnam and with other conditions. 4.
