Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.4/Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Ghazipur should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated February 20, 2025. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.4/Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Ghazipur is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated February 20, 2025 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
