Case No. 48 of 2001 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is named in the FIR as a suspect. 4. The petitioner has surrendered on 13.12.2024 in a case registered in the year 2001 and he appears to be an absconder. 5.
