The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with G.R. Case No.183/2025, arising out of SC/ST Case No.22/2022,, registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 34 of the IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Acty and Section 3(1)(i) of SC/ST (POA) Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband and he has received notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and he has already replied to the same. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegations of demanding dowry and assault against the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner is the husband. 5. Considering that the petitioner has already received the notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C., which has been replied by him and the petitioner is happened to be the husband and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 6.
