The Court made the following: 3 CGRJ CC.No.1826 of2025 ORDER: This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of respondents in complying with the order dated 09.05.2025 / passed by this Court in W.P.No.13143 of 2025, whereby the respondents were directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners’ representation dated 02.05.2025, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in pursuance of 2. the aforesaid interim order dated 09.05.2025, a speaking order has been passed by 2'^'^ respondent on 23.06.2025, rejecting the representation of the petitioners, however, the same was not communicated to the petitioners and, therefore, they filed the present contempt case. He further submits that it was only in the counter filed in the main writ petition, it has been mentioned about passing of the said speaking order and copy thereof has been supplied to the petitioners subsequent to filing of the present contempt case. In view of passing of the speaking order, the interim order 3. passed by this Court stands complied with. In view of the same, this contempt case is dismissed, granting 4. liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 23.06.2025 in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
