Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Herhanj P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024, corresponding to G.R.No. 635 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 308(3), 308(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of the learned C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 10.09.2024 rangdari was demanded from the informant by mobile no. 7739423246. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that mobile phone which was used in demanding rangdari does not belong to the petitioner. 5. It has been further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused persons. 6. Criminal antecedent report earlier called for has been received. It appears that he has got no criminal antecedent. 7. Mr. Shashi Kumar Verma, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 8. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Herhanj P.S.
