1. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 8th August, 2025 and 3rd September, 2025, issued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (‘MCD’).
2. By way of the order dated 8th August, 2025, issued by the MCD, the property in question, i.e. property bearing No. 4191-4193, approximately 450 sq. yards, Arya Pura, Indira Market, Subji Mandi, Delhi-110007, has been declared as a dangerous structure and directions have been given to the petitioner to demolish the said dangerous building. The order dated 3rd September, 2025 has been issued by the MCD to the owner/occupier of the said property, with the directions to vacate the aforesaid building, which is in a dangerous condition. 3. Vide order dated 20th November, 2025, the Court had ordered a re- inspection of the aforesaid property by the MCD to assess the structural stability of the building in question.
4. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the property has been re-inspected by the MCD on 17th December, 2025 and a status report has been filed by MCD.

6. A perusal of the aforesaid status report clearly demonstrates that the structure of the building is more than 40 years old and has outlived its life. W.P.(C) 16826/2025 building do not provide strength to the existing structure and hence, cannot be termed as safe for habitation.
7. Therefore, no infirmity can be found in the impugned order passed by the MCD on 8th August, 2025 and 3rd September, 2025.
8. This Court does not find any merit in the present petition.
9. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. Pending application stands
