Hussain, learned counsel for the accused/applicants. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for bail to the accused/applicants in connection with Chapar P.S. Case No.141/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)/65(1)/76/118(2)/ 304(2)/351(3) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. The accused/applicants were arrested on 10.09.2025 and since then they have been behind the bars. The learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State submits that the Page No.# 3/3 Charge-Sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide Charge- Sheet No.179/25 dated 30.11.2025 before the learned Special Judge, Bilasipara, Dhubri. In view of the submission of the Charge-sheet, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that accused/applicants should be given liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for appropriate relief. In view of the aforesaid, the instant Bail Application is closed with liberty to the accused/applicants to approach the learned Trial Court for appropriate relief. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
