Raghunandan Rao) The appellants in W.A.No.806 of 2022 had way of W.P.No.41454 of 2017, being aggreived by the Tahsildar, Kurabalakota Mandal, Chittoor District, approached this Court, by communication of the for including the land, claimed by the appellants, to an extent of Ac.3.14 cents out of Ac.3,88 cents i Sy.N.111/3D and Sy.No.111/3E of Angallu village in fields, Kurabalakota Mandal, Chittoor District, in the register maintained under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. This inclusion is said to have been done on the ground that the said land is assigned land. 2. A learned Single Judge of this Court, by Judgment, dated 13.04.2022, had allowed the Writ Petition declaring that the said communciation by the Tahsildar, is without jurisdiction and it is not clear who can initiate such action under the Registration Act. There provisions of Section 22-A of the was also a direction to receive and register the deed of sale presented by the petitioners therein in relation to this land. 3. The petitioners therein filed 2022, despite succeeding in the Writ Petition, in the order were against them. Saleem, learned counsel for the apellants as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the appellants, in W.A.No.769 of 2022, would submit that during the pendency of these Writ Appeals, the list communicated by the Tahsildar to the Sub-Registrar, has been withdrawn and a fresh list has been communicated to the concerned 5. Sub-Registrars by the District Collector. Sri Md. Saleem, learned counsel fairly concedes that, on account of this development, the grounds raised in the Writ Appeal would not survive. He submits that the appellants would be taking steps to challenge the fresh list communicated by the District Collecor to the concerned Sub-Registrar. 6. In that view of the matter, both the Writ Appeals are closed, leaving it open to the parties to these appeals, to avail of their remedies in accordance with law. 7. The finding of the learned Single Judge would not have any further bearing on the subsequent challenge that may be made by the appellants.
