1. This petition is preferred against order dated 23.6.2023.
2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
"10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 23.06.2023 (Annexure P/1) by way of which the petitioner has been transferred to Government Higher Secondary School Teligundra, Block Patan, District Durg (C.G). 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities not to alter the place of posting of the petitioner in purported compliance of
order passed by the Hon'ble Court in WP(S) No. 1955/2023 and connected matters. 10.3 Any other relief in the facts and circumstances of the case which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper
3 may be passed. 10.4 Cost of the Petition be awarded to the petitioner.."
3. Vide order dated 4.7.2023, the petitioner was granted stay and the relieving order dated 23.6.2023 was stayed by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time the said orders, has lost its efficacy and as such the order dated 23.6.2023 is required to be quashed and accordingly the said orders under challenge are hereby quashed.
5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is
