Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner isbeing troubled by respondent Nos.3to 10 at the behest of the respondent Nos.11 to 16. It is submitted that a partition suit in O.S.No.5 of 2024 is pending between the petitioner and the respondent No.11. It is submitted that the 7 respondent is the trainee D.S.P., however, she is interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the un-official respondents and pressurizing the petitioner to settle the claims of respondents 11 to 16. It is submitted that the petitioner is a teacher and he is constantly troubled by respondent Nos.3 to 10. 3. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the admission stage by directing respondent Nos.3 to 10 not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the official respondents without following the due process of law. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be called to the police station without any rhyme or reason and without following the due process of law. un- 5 eft With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
