Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents 1 to 6. Notice in respect of respondents 7 to 10 is dispensed with since no adverse orders are passed against their rights and interests. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners filed a statutory revision under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, before the 3rd respondent against the endorsement of the 6th respondent vide Rc.No.513/2021-A, dated
17.01.2023. Learned counsel would submit that the said revision was filed on
23.09.2024. However, the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the revision.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner.

4. Since there is no dispute regarding filing of the revision and its pendency before the 3rd respondent, without going into merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of
learned counsel on either side directing the learned 3rd respondent to dispose of the Interlocutory Application or revision filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible strictly per law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
