The petitioner made an application vide application NO.RMU012107211453 dated 03.08.2021 (Ex.P1) seeking to update his name in the record of rights concerning the land of an extent of Ac.4.90 cents in Sy.No.458/2 of Chinnakaka, Vemulapadu Village, Jaladanki Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. Thereafter, the petitioner filed W.P.No.2621 of 2023 and the same was disposed of on 03.02.2023, directing the authorities to consider the request of the petitioner and dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible in three months, if it had not already been disposedof. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order passed in W.P.No.2621 of 2023 dated 03.02.2023, the 4**^ respondent failed to pass any order. He also would submit that the petitioner got the land by way of D-Form Patta dated 25.01.1993. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that, of the order dated 03.02.2023 in W.P.No.2621 of 2023, an order 4. in pursuance passed by the 4*^ respondent. However, the same is not traceable in the records. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the 4**^ respondent, by considering the application No. RMU012107211453 dated 03.08.2021 (Ex.P1) will pass a fresh reasoned order. was Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned 4^^ respondent to pass a fresh order regarding the request of the petitioner for updation in the record of rights of an extent of Ac.4.90 cents in Sy.No.458/2 of Chinnakaka, Vemulapadu Village, Jaladanki Mandal, SPSR Nellore District as expeditiously as possible preferably within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, strictly as per the law.
