Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted on instructions, that the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous due to change of circumstances. The original prayer in the writ petition was regarding the impugned action of the respondent authorities in not allowing the petitioner to operate his bank account. He submits that now he is being allowed to operate the bank account and therefore, no cause of action survives for adjudication. On the submissions made by Mr. H. R.
