GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in not considering the Complaint made by the Petitioners, dt.07.07.2025 and did not take action against the Respondents 5 to 26, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to act upon the Representation made by the Petitioners, dt.07.07.2025.” 2. Sri Venkateswarlu Kolla, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Respondent – Police are not registering the case and are not taking any action on the complaint dated 07.07.2025 given by the Petitioners. 3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Respondent – Police have received any representation from the Petitioners on 07.07.2025. It is further submitted that, on enquiry, it was came to the light that there are civil disputes pending 3 between Petitioners and the Unofficial Respondents, as such, the Police never interfered with the civil issues. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the Petitioners to work out their remedies before appropriate forum. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
