This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for granting bail to the accused-applicants, namely, (i) Kitap Ali and (ii) Taijul Ali in connection with Howly P.S. Case No. 115/2025 under Section 21(b)/29 of the NDPS Act. 3. The gist of the case is that a total amount of 65.25 grms of narcotic substances, suspected to be heroine was seized from the conscious possession of the accused applicants while conducting naka checking. 4. The accused applicants were arrested on 06.10.2025 and since then, they are in custody. 5. The learned Addl. PP appearing for the State submitted that Charge-Sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide Charge Sheet No. 107/2025 dated 28.11.2025. 6. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the accused applicants submits that they should be allowed to appear before the learned Trial Court seeking appropriate relief. 7. The instant bail application is closed with a liberty to the accused applicants to approach the appropriate Court seeking appropriate relief. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
