1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :-
“1) That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case as well as case of previous inquiry regarding (Annexure P-3) for perusal. 2) That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the F.I.R. No. -0035/2022 registered at Police Station- Tarbahar, District- Bilaspur (CG) on 09.02.2022 registered against the petitioner under Section 420 of I.P.C (AnnexureP-4). 3) That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to stay further proceedings in F.I.R. No. 0035/2022 registered at Police Station-Tarbahar, District- Bilaspur (C.G.) on 09.02.2022 registered against the petitioner under Section 420 of I.P.C (AnnexureP-4). 4) That such other reliefs which the Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case be also granted to the petitioner.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties submits that the charges have been framed against the present petitioner by the trial Court and the charge sheet has been filed, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law as after due investigation, the charge sheet has been filed before the learned trial
3 Court and the charges have been framed against the petitioner.
3. Learned State counsel has no objection.
4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the charge framing
order.
