.2025 Mr. S. Banik, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits that pursuant to the directions containing in the order dated 27.11.2024 passed in Writ Appeal No.121/2024, the grievance of the petitioner stood ameliorated and the directions of the learned Single Judge has been sustained and also complied with by the respondents. He therefore, submits that this contempt case may be closed. The notices in the matter have not been issued. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds it appropriate to close the matter at this stage without issuing notice. Accordingly, this matter stands closed and disposed of.
