The respondent No.2 lodged the FIR alleging that the petitioners abused, threatened with dire consequences, and also assaulted him. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has filed a memo stating that the parties have resolved the dispute - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9873 CRL.P No. 4213 of 2024 among themselves in order to prevent further hostility with the parties. The respondent No.2 has agreed to withdraw all the allegations, and has no objection for quashing the FIR. 4. The memo is placed on record. 5. In light of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, the continuation of criminal proceedings will be an abuse of the process of law. 6. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The impugned FIR in Crime No.78/2024 registered by the Sadashivnagar P.S pending on the file of the learned XXXIX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, insofar as it relates to the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3 is hereby quashed.
