Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2024 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 88 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 376(2)(n), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Exclusive (POCSO) Court, Jamshedpur. 3. Bail application of this petitioner was earlier permitted to be dismissed as not pressed by this Court vide B.A. No. 3490 of 2025. 4. The petitioner happens to be the stepfather of the victim, who is aged about 16 years. It is alleged that the petitioner raped her. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
