Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The learned I Additional District Judge-Cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under „the NDPS Act‟, Visakhapatnam, on 04.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1972 of 2025 in Crime No.106 of 2025 of IV Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam, while enlarging the petitioners on bail, imposed condition of execution of personal bond for Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court of I Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Visakhapatnam and with other conditions. 4. In view of the above reason, the order dated 04.07.2025 mentioned above is modified to the extent of “execution of personal bond for Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court of I Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Visakhapatnam”. The rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court shall be complied with by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3. 6.
