2. Coordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.P.No.1425 of 2023, dated 16.03.2023. By that time, the petitioner, who is the brother of A1, was not available and he went abroad, that is why no petition has been filed for the petitioner / A4.

Learned counsel brought it to the notice of the Court that the parties entered into compromise and obtained divorce by mutual consent. This case needs to be quashed against the petitioner, who is the brother of A1. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may
3. pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions and a fair look at the material placed on record, a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Petition No.1425 of 2023, quashed the case against A1, A3 and A5 to A7. A1 and respondent No.2 also obtained divorce by mutual consent as per the compromise settled between the parties.
5. In that view, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the case against the petitioner / accused No.4 in respect of Crime No.209 of 2015 of Nandyal 11 Town Police Station, is hereby quashed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand SOI- M.SRINIVAS ASSISTANT REGISTRY closed.
