It has been submitted by both the parties in tandem that the directions issued by the order dated 25.07.2022, in WP(C) No. 1127/2022, non-compliance of which has been alleged in the contempt petition, has undergone further litigation. 3. By the order dated 08.08.2025, passed in WP(C) No. 1436/2024, this Court has directed the Collector to decide the requisition compensation afresh in view of the determination made in the writ petition and to pay the compensation with applicable interest, if any. 4. The learned counsel for the parties submit that nothing survives for adjudication in this present contempt petition and it may be closed. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this contempt petition is closed. A copy of the order dated 08.08.2025, passed in WP(C) 1436/2024 is kept on record of this case and marked as ‘X’. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
