Thereafter, the petitioner filed W.P.No.2652 of 2023 and the same was disposed of on 03.02.2023, directing the authorities to consider the request of the petitioner and dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible in three months, if it had not already been disposed of. vide an application name 3 ^ 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order ^ passed in W.P.No .2652 of 2023 dated 03.02.2023. the 4^'' respondent failed to pass any order.
