On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Home also conceded the same and submitted that this Court may pass appropriate orders for speedy disposal of the case i.e., pending before the Trial Court. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the learned Special Mobile Judicial I Class Magistrate cum III Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, Eluru West Godavari is directed to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.19 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.
