Heard Smt. K. Aruna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Adarshitha, learned Junior Standing Counsel appeared for respondents 1 to 6. Page 3 of 4 SRS,J W.P.No.12628 of 2013 3. The writ petition was admitted on 24.04.2013. An interim order was passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.15564 of 2013, which reads under: “Sri P. Vinod Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL, states that the revised bills will be issued to the petitioner shortly. In the meanwhile, there shall be a direction to the APSPDCL not to disconnect the power supply to the petitioner’s service connection.” 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Superintending Engineer – respondent No.2 issued revised bill vide Lr.No.SE/O/GNT/SE/O/GNTJAO-HT/A1, A2, A3 & A4/F.Doc/D.No.130/13, dated 17.04.2013. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 5. Given the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
