Case No. 61 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 96, 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and her brother are said to have abducted the minor victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not involved in the present case and she has been implicated in this case merely because she is the sister of main accused Chhotu Kumar. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Khagaria/concerned court below in connection with Bharatkhand P.S.
