The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tisra (Alakdiha O.P.) P.S. Case No.10 of 2025, , for offence registered under section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 132, 121, 61(2), 326, 324, 115(2), 117(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there were 100-150 unknown persons were agitating and shouting slogans at the main gate of the company namely Virobh Outsourcing Company. He submits that FIR was lodged against 27 named persons and 100-150 unknown persons and there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner as per the instruction. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that petitioners are having criminal antecedent. 5. Considering that 100-150 unknown persons were agitating and shouting slogans at the main gate of the company and the FIR was lodged against 27 named persons and 100-150 unknown persons and the petitioners are having criminal antecedent and in view of that, petitioners above named are directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today and learned court shall release petitioners, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deed fit and proper. 6.
