This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioner, namely, Pranjal Deka has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Page No.# 2/2 Barama P.S. Case No.61/2025 under Sections 310(2)/111(2)/111(3)/111(4)/140(2)/317(3)/61(2)/310(5)/310(6) of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned prosecution submits that in this case, main investigation has already completed resulting in a charge sheet. In this context, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the arrested accused persons have already been granted regular bail by this Court. 4. In view of the completion of investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner namely, Pranjal Deka vide order dated 24.11.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the following suitable conditions : (a) The petitioner shall make himself available for trial, if one commences ; (b) The petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; and Violation of the conditions will entail cancellation of the bail. 5.
