For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the Order passed by the learned Single Judge in Crl.P. No. 7230 of 2025, dated 21.07.2025, at paragraph No. 8, condition No.4, directing the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once a week, i.e., every Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet and condition No.5, directing the petitioner not to leave the district limits without the express permission from the Station House Officer concerned,are modified.
