2. It is submitted that the petitioner has spent 62 days behind bars and therefore the statutory period of detention of 60 days in respect of the alleged
Page No.# 2/2 offences under Section 132/109/3(5)of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,2023 is already over and therefore, the petitioner is entitle to default bail.
3. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that Charge-sheet has not been submitted.
4. The prayer for bail is granted.
5. The petitioner namely Dipjyoti Bania shall be released on bail of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of like amount in connection with Rangia P.S. Case No. 198/2025 under Section 132/109/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, to the satisfaction of the Eleka Magistrate.
