4. By the instant writ petition, petitioners are praying for the following reliefs:
“i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 17.02.2024, (Annexure No.4 (Colly) to this writ petition) passed by respondent University or declare it as an arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional. ii. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to reconsider the case of petitioners for regularize their services in pursuant to the “Daily wages, Work charge, Contractual, Fixed pay, Part time and Ad-hoc Regularization Rules 2013” or Rules are applicable in the respondent University.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue, as raised in this petition, is squarely covered by the
judgment rendered by this Court dated 06.01.2025 in bunch of writ petitions, leading one WPSS No. 436 of 2024 (Ajay Kumar and others Vs. State of
2025:UHC:1067 Uttarakhand and others).
6. Learned State Counsel and Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, learned counsel for the University fairly submits that issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the
judgment rendered by this Court dated 06.01.2025 in bunch of writ petitions leading one WPSS No. 436 of 2024 (Ajay Kumar and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others).
7. In view of the submissions as advanced by learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 06.01.2025 passed in bunch of writ petitions leading one WPSS No. 436 of 2024 (Ajay Kumar and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others).
