Mr. Banshi Badan Maity … for the petitioner Mr. Banshi Badan Maity, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 21st August, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same. On perusal of the order dated 21st August, 2025, it is revealed that in paragraph 3 instead of “The petitioner was appointed as a Head Teacher of a primary school. The petitioner retired from service on 30.11.2007. The first pension payment order was issued on 15.11.2007. Under the ROPA Rules, 2019 there was revision of the pensionery and gratuity amount payable to the petitioner.” in the order, it should be read as “The petitioner was appointed as a Head Teacher of a primary school. The petitioner retired from service on 30.11.2007. The first pension payment order was issued on 15.11.2007. Under the ROPA Rules, 2009 there was revision of the pensionery and gratuity amount payable to the petitioner.” The other portion of the order dated 21st August, 2025 shall remain the same. 2 The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
