Ms. M. Divyalakshmi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner is unable to produce one of his parents as surety as both of them are not willing and therefore submitted that he is willing to offer local sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition in spite of the bail order dated 28.01.2025 and he is in custody from 29.11.2024, this Court is of the view that the condition that one of the sureties shall be the parent of the petitioner can be set aside.
