The limited prayer of the petitioner – de facto complainant in the present petition is for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.751/2016 arising out of Crime No.215/2010 registered by the respondent – police for offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 506 IPC within a stipulated timeframe. 3. In view of the fact that the aforesaid proceedings in C.C.No.751/2016 is pending for the last nine years before the IV ACJM, Bangalore, without expressing any opinion on merits / demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid suit as - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19093 CRL.P No. 5903 of 2025 expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
