Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondents-Competent Authority, with regard to the issue raised in the writ petition, within two weeks from today and same be ordered to be decided by the competent Authority within some time bound period. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the observation that in the event of the petitioner making a representation with regard to her grievance within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the competent Authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt thereof, in view of the averments contained therein and taking into consideration the judgment(s), if any, being relied upon by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation as far as the merit of the case are concerned and the representation shall be decided by the Authority concerned in accordance with law.
