3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh report to the respondent police and that the Police may be
directed to take appropriate action on her representation.
Learned counsel would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to submit a fresh report to respondent No.4 and on receipt of the said
