The facts leading to filing of the present Writ Petition are as follows: The Petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant on 02.12.1983 in Munnangi Group Temples, Munnangi, Kollipara Mandal, Krishna District. Subsequently, he was promoted as E.O Grade-III, Grade-II and Grade-I. The Petitioner had filed Review on 11.02.2025 under Section 93 of Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, questioning the rejection of the Appeal, which was filed questioning the Seniority List on 27.01.2025. As there is a delay in disposal of the Review Application, the present Writ Petition came to be filed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Respondent would submit that the Review dated 11.02.2025 filed by the Petitioner would be disposed of at an earliest. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondent to dispose of the Review dated 11.02.2025 filed by the Petitioner in accordance with law, within two (02) months from today.
