No.03/2025, which is an application for amendment in the petition filed by the petitioner was allowed by this Court after hearing learned counsel for the parties and learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to carry out the amendment during the course of the day, but at the time of necessary amendment, it was found that the said application was defective one. In view of the same, let the matter be listed for hearing on I.A. No. 03/2025 on 28.08.2025.” 3. Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the application (I.A. No. 03/25) and he also submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition also with liberty to challenge the charge sheet as also for quashment of the FIR. 4. Accordingly, the application (I.A. No.3/2025) as also the CRMP No. 39 of 2023 are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Certified copy of the orders and documents as also the compromise deed be returned to the petitioner after retaining the photo copy of the same.
