Sodial, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Kaushik, learned standing counsel, Secondary Education Department, appearing for the respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5, Ms. S. Konwar, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent No.3 and Mr. A. Chaliha, learned standing counsel, Finance Department, appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 6. 2. The petitioner herein has prayed for issuing direction to the respondent authorities to make payment of family pension to the petitioner w.e.f. 04.11.2020. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner was serving as Classical Teacher of Sribar High School, Cachar and he suffered demise on 28.02.2011 after his retirement. Thereafter, the compassionate family pension was received by the mother of the petitioner and her mother also suffered demise on 04.11.2020. Thereafter, the petitioner, who is a minor, through her legal guardian had applied for compassionate family pension and the authority has granted the same w.e.f. 30.03.2024 to 29.10.2025. But, she has not been granted family pension with effect from Page No.# 3/3 the date i.e. 04.11.2020, on which her mother suffered demise and being aggrieved, the petitioner approached this Court by filing the present petition. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed one representation to the Director of Pension on 11.11.2025, but the same has not yet been disposed of by the respondent authority. 5. Mr. Kaushik, learned standing counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5, however, submits that this writ petition may be disposed of by directing the respondent No.3, the Director of Pension, to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in a time bound manner. 6. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection. 7. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation dated 11.11.2025 filed by the petitioner by a speaking order within a period of 4(four) weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 8. The petitioner shall obtain a certified copy of this order and the place the same before the respondent No.3 within a period of one week from today along with the representation as well as the copy of this petition along with documents appended thereto. 9.
