2. At the outset, learned State counsel, who is appearing on advance notice, points out that as per CCTV footage, petitioner can be seen and noticed as an active member with the other co-accused at the time of committing theft. Besides, petitioner is also involved in 11 other criminal cases of different nature.
3. Thus, finding no substantial reason to entertain the plea for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, present petition stands dismissed.
