Last order dated 21.05.2025 goes as under:- “Following order was passed in this matter on 08.05.2025:- “Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record copy of order dated 05.05.2025. The aforesaid order has set aside the office order dated 10.08.2017, impugned in this petition; Petitioner has been permitted to continue to work 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 as Clerk pursuant to her selection through the H.P. Subordinate Service Selection Board under Limited Direct Recruitment quota. At the request of learned proxy counsel for the petitioner, list on 21.05.2025. In the meanwhile, learned Deputy Advocate General to have instructions about further reliefs prayed for by the petitioner on the basis of her being appointed as Clerk.” Pursuant thereto, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 20.05.2025. As per the office instructions, pay fixation case of the petitioner is under process. Let the pay fixation order of the petitioner be placed on record within three weeks. List on 20.06.2025.” 2. Pursuant to above, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record copy of office order dated 19.06.2025, re-fixing the pay of the petitioner as Clerk. 3. In view of the action taken by the respondents pursuant to different orders passed in the matter, it is not in dispute that the grievances of the petitioner raised in this writ petition have now been redressed. Accordingly, this writ petition to stand disposed of alongwith pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
