Statement of facts has been filed by the respondent’s wherein it is being, inter-alia, stated that the order, non-compliance of which is alleged stands duly complied with and that the petitioner’s grievance stands redressed. Having regard to the aforesaid specific stand taken by the respondents/contemnors, seemingly the order of non-compliance which has been alleged as stands complied.
